100th Follower Giveaway

It happened! The 100th follower has joined my little coterie of fiends, and I promised you a giveaway for your trouble. Your prize is this little fella, fresh out of the Raku kiln this past Friday. He will be a hanging pot when he's done, which I think makes him extra-special. For those not familiar with the Raku glazing and firing process, you can look here at this post.
Here's how you enter the giveaway, and each way will get you an extra entry:

1) Become a new follower of this blog.
2) Tweet about this giveaway on Twitter.
3) Become a follower of mine on Twitter.
4) Blog about this giveaway.
5) Mention this giveaway in your Facebook Status Update with the web address.
6) Leave a comment on this blog entry.

For any mention of my giveaway, please leave me a web address so I can follow up. If you wish to remain anonymous, please leave me a way to identify you later.

Winner will be announced on Tuesday, February 9. Good Luck!

  2. See? Just when I made a comment on your newer post that I didn't care for the X eyes, I discover Frog Queen made the post here that she thinks they are genius :) Proves my point: you never know what will appeal to who, so don't abandon a style right away.

I didn't comment on your contest until now because I've won in the past and thought I should keep out of this one (plus I have limited computer access at the moment). Also, since I liked your pumpkin, but his eyes didn't "speak to me", I thought I'd leave it for someone who was ga ga for it ;)

  8. Mr. M.- It's funny, isn't it? How we see others have more and we want, too! Talk about the human condition! I do this with a couple of blogs that have 800+ followers, then I catch myself and remind myself that it's about doing good work, not about being in a popularity contest.

Although 800 followers would be bitchin'!

G.F. Thanks! You probably would have won, anyway, since you're so lucky! ;o)

And welcome, Jamie! And the other lurkers who posted comments, too!

  9. Ooooow ... that is a very nice pumpkin ... I like the X eyes.

I don't really "DO" contests, not much of a blogger/twitter/facebook kinda person ... but thought I'd chime in anyway and say it's a beautiful piece of art!

Thanks for sharing and good luck to all who enter! I'll have to visit your place a bit more to see what else you create!

    :)

  10. I'm a past winner as well and I didn't want to be the first to post when visited your blog yesterday.

    *singing ala elf the movie*
"But I'm here now, and guess what, I want him, I want him, I WANT HIM!"

My other Jack-o needs a domestic partner. I love this one, I agree with everyone the colors look great.

  11. Ooh...I adore him!!! He reminds me of the "Trick or Treat" movie...I think it's his eyes (which I love!).

I would love to win this marvelous creation. I would love him and hug him and name him Igor.

*fingers crossed that little Igor gets to come home to SeaGypsy* :)
