Treasured!

Image by Fair Shadow, via KMK Designs, LLC
Since I've been unable to do much of anything because I'm still battling this stupid virus, I've been trying to entertain myself by window-shopping. To that end, I've put together a bunch of treasury lists on Etsy. I thought I'd share them with you. Just click on the title to be taken to that treasury. None of them feature my work, just other works that caught my eye. I LOVE the photography!

New Treasuries!

It turns our I've been featured in a couple of Etsy Treasuries lately! How nice for folks to find my work, then like it enough to put it with other unique items-let alone in the same treasury with Dave the Dead! How cool is that?

Click on the pics to go to that treasury. Better yet, buy something!

Post-Rapture Gnomes

I hadn't realized that even garden gnomes were affected by the Rapture!

Nifty Etsy Find

Nothing says, "Wash up before you touch my milky white skin, or I'll kill you and exsanguinate your body," like this coffin soap.

You know the type. Bad boy, dirty hands, axle grease, leather jacket, the keys to your heart. His smile is slow, his hands are fast and he knows just how to make you melt. This is for the men that get grungy working hard and need something to get the crud off their hands. Also good for using on those scaley man feet :) The scent (Black Earth) I've created for this soap is highly male, earthy, sensuous. Bold. The scrub end is organic coffee which safely runs down the drain without causing problems and is great for scrubbing dirt out of your favorite boy.

The Orphaned Zombaby Epidemic

This baby is available for adoption. Please click on the pic to begin the process.
Etsy shop wiggletiggy is on a quest to re-home the ever-growing population of orphaned Zombabies through the Adopt a Zombaby Centre.

In the Centre's press release:
Orphaned Zombabies, their story is one of tragedy and of no fault of their own.

The Hungry little undead tots are orphaned because public reaction is lead by overused Hollywood stereotypes. Most adult Zombies are able to operate adequately within society, unfortunately, when people see zombies they push the panic button and bash their heads in with shovels. The calamitous result: orphaned Zombaby epidemic.

If you desire the emotionally fulfilling companionship of someone who will love you for your brains, please, consider adopting a Zombaby. By doing so you join thousands of other people around the world who have opened up their hearts and homes and are doing their part to help alleviate the orphaned zombaby epidemic.
Please help re-home these second-class citizens!

My Wicked Valentine

Steampunk inspired black lace neck corset by KVO Design
For those of you who are fans of Etsy, know that your Mistress of Mayhem has done you the service of putting together a Valentine Treasury for those of us who think sweetness and light is overrated. If you're a guy looking for a nice gift for your girl, this is a great start. If you're a girl who needs a guy like a fish needs a bicycle, buy something nice for yourself!

Image by the very talented Aimeescreations4u

There are a bunch of really talented folks out there, slaving away to make things for Christmas gifts, so head over to ShellHawk's Treasury Lists to take a peek. Please feel free to leave comments there, even if you don't buy anything. The feedback for the business owners is very much appreciated!

Bad News, Good News

So, the bad news (for me) is that The Folsom Fine Arts and Gourd Festival has been cancelled. I'm disappointed, as it was to be my first art show, but, as they say in the Old Country: shit happens.

The good news for you all is that all the stuff I have made and been making for the show will now be available in my Etsy store in the coming weeks. Keep in mind I am still messing around with my shipping profiles in the shop and will do my best to keep the costs down for you.

Happy shopping, kids!
