ReplyDeleteThe anecdote at the end of the story about the grandmother who boxed up a dead squirrel thinking the haunt owner could use had me thinking about my friend Noah Fentz's haunt, Katzper's Haunt.
ReplyDeleteI was visiting yesterday and he has a series of hands reaching through a window grate as if to grab you. In one of the hands, though, was a dead bird. He said a furnace repairman had found it and placed it there as a goof -- last year!
Well there it's sat but it hasn't decomposed at all! Pretty creepy. So maybe that squirrel could have been used after all.
