I Love Research

I've been doing some drink research for Halloween, and I ran across this. I thought I might share with you.

See it here.

Looks yummy! It could make a nice signature cocktail for Halloween night, if only we could figure out what's in the sour mix... I suppose you could look it up on the restaurant's web site.

  1. This sounds awesome! Imagine it with some tapioca pearls at the bottom; cute and bubbly looking. Thank you for sharing.

    Sour Mix Recipe

    1 1/2 Cup (360 ml) Sugar
1/4 Cup (60 ml) Corn Syrup
    1/2 Cup (120 ml) Maltodextrin
4 oz (120 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
4 oz (120 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
2 tbsp (30 ml) Lime Zest
2 tsp (8 grams) Dehydrated Egg White (Optional)
1 tbls (12 grams) Citric Acid
    2 Cups (480 ml) Water

Sour mix can be much simpler, but I like the foamy top from the egg whites for this guy's recipe.
